Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you get to the checkout screen after adding products to your basket, you will need to select the country of delivery and then select the appropriate postage option you require. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. Current postage and packaging charges are £3.50. We reserve the right to amend these charges without notice.
Overseas customers can contact us prior to placing your order to verify postage costs. We charge a minimum of £4.00 postage for EU or Rest of the World deliveries, however we charge the full cost of postage, so if you parcel will cost more than £4.00 to post, we will send you a paypal invoice for the remaining balance, which must be paid before the parcel can be dispatched. Please note that we will used tracked postage to some destinations or for high value orders. Contact us for a quote before ordering if you prefer.
We will allow a minimum of 2 working days for you to pay the outstanding balance otherwise we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we'll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Earrings are excluded from this guarantee for hygiene reasons.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take longer to process at Christmas or after Bank Holidays.
Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We'll refund you by the same method as payment.
Exchanges: We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.
Return Information: Please ensure all packages are sent back recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
Sent the Wrong Items? We rarely make mistakes this can happen. If it's happened to you we're very very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.
